Fadi Ghandour is the Founder and CEO of Aramex, one of the leading logistics and transportation companies in the Middle East and South Asia, and the first Arab based company to go public on NASDAQ stock exchange. The company now trades on the Dubai Financial Market.

Fadi is the Founder and Director of MENA Venture Investments, a seed capital fund that provides capital, access to networks, mentorship and technical expertise to startups. He is a Founding Partner of; the world’s largest Arab On-Line community acquired by Yahoo!. He is a member of the Board of Abraaj Capital, and the chairman of WAMDA, a platform designed to empower entrepreneurs in the MENA region. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business at the American University of Beirut.

Fadi is passionate about social entrepreneurship. He is the founder of Ruwwad for Development, a regional private sector-led community empowerment initiative that helps disadvantaged communities overcome marginalization through youth activism, civic engagement, and education. He is a also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Columbia University School of Social Work. He serves as a Regional Board Member of Injaz Al Arab, an organization that aims to equip students with entrepreneurial, leadership and practical business-related skills; as well as a member of the Board of the “National Microfinance Bank” in Jordan. He has served as a Member of the Board of Business for Social Responsibility; and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Jordan River Foundation for over 10 years.

Loay Nazer is the founder and Chairman of the Nazer Group. Mr. Nazer started and continues to operate several companies in a variety of businesses including private equity, health insurance, public relations and medical equipment marketing and distribution. He is also the Chairman of BUPA Arabia, a publicly listed company on the Saudi stock exchange that specializes in health insurance. The group operates in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries and invests across the Middle East and the US.

Mr. Nazer was nominated and selected by the World Economic Forum as a member of the Young Global Leaders (YGL), “a community of extraordinary leaders under the age of 40.” In 2010, he became a member of the first class of the Aspen Institute Middle East Leadership Initiative Fellows, and was selected as one of UCLA Anderson’s Business School 100 Inspirational Alumni in the 75 years history of the school.

In 2007, Mr. Nazer was appointed by the Saudi Council of Ministers as a Board member of the Cooperative Council for Health Insurance, the official regulatory body for health insurance in Saudi Arabia, representing the private sector. He is the leading negotiator with the various governmental institutions for the development of the insurance industry in the country. He was re-elected again in 2010 to serve as a member of the Board. He is also the sitting Chairman of the Jeddah Marketing Board, a strategic center of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr. Nazer lectures regionally on globalization and Principled Decision-Making. He has been quoted many times in the Western press on issues related to Saudi Arabia and was interviewed on CNN’s Business Today, and MSNBC Europe’s Gateway to the Middle East.

Yaser Moustafa is the Senior Managing Director of NBK Capital Partners and member of its Investment Committee. Before joining NBK Capital Partners, he was a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Dubai, as well as the Head of Saudi Arabia Investment Banking for Nomura International. Prior to this, he was an independent advisor in the Gulf Region acting as interim CEO for a private equity-backed Arabic television producer in Kuwait, interim CEO for a leading support services entity with operations in the UAE, Afghanistan, Sudan, Kenya, Chad, and the US, and interim CEO for the largest restaurant operator in Qatar. Yaser started his career at Lehman Brothers in investment banking in the US. In media, he has worked for the William Morris Talent Agency, CNN and NBC in the US.

Yaser holds a Master in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Chicago.
